The Faribault Parks and Recreation is excited to continue our biggest fundraiser of the year. SpikeFest, which started in 2011 and attracts both organized and recreational volleyball teams from across the region, has raised nearly $30,000 toward the “Tommy Allen Scholarship Fund,” which relies solely on in-kind donations. The fund allows low-income families to participate in our programs at a 50-percent-reduced cost.
